Free 411 Service From Google!

The duckies invade Google

I just tried to get the phone number to my local Wal-mart by calling 1800-goog-411. And it worked! I don’t know about you, but my cell phone carrier charges for their 411 service, so I have to give a big hand to Google for offering this service for free.

Check out the Google video for it:

    Hi Martin,
There is also another great FREE service out there- 1-800-FREE411. Not only does it provide free business listings, like google, but it also has the capabilities to provide residential and government listings for free as well! Another great feature that I like is the directions feature. After you receive the listing you requested you have the option to get directions to that listing for FREE. You just speak your starting directions and a text message will be sent to your mobile phone with turn- by- turn driving directions. It is super easy and extremely helpful when you are on the go! Give it a try!
